My Macbook crashed last wednesday. I brought it to be sent to Apple on Friday
It’s now the following Thursday and I learn that nothing has been done on it
Long story short, Apple was a bit incompetent and never contacted me.
I had to contact them, which is not my job.
I probably wont have my precious back until Blue Monday.
I’m in a major creative stranglehold.

my imac’s hard drive died this year at the ripe old age of 1 month. over a week went by while it got fixed, without access to teh internets or the ability to DESIGN, (gahhhhh *smashes head into things*) so i totttttally know how you felt..
